Cureton Midstream, LLC, a growth oriented, Denver-based midstream company focused on developing and operating gas gathering and processing infrastructure in Colorado, announced that it has acquired the Gilcrest System from Aka Energy Group, LLC (“Aka”) in the Denver-Julesburg (“DJ”) Basin on February 1, 2022.

Cureton Midstream, a Denver-based, growth-oriented midstream company announced commercial agreements with six DJ Basin oil and gas producers for long-term dedications to Cureton’s gas gathering and processing system in Weld County, Colorado.
