Position Summary:

The Office Manager will be responsible for the overall front office activities, including the reception area, mail, and facilities. This person will also be responsible for directing and coordinating office services and related activities, including developing and supervising programs for the maximum utilization of services and equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining office systems, equipment, supplies, layouts, and space
  • Designing filing, storage, and retrieval systems
  • Defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records
  • Responsible for arranging internal office moves and providing arrangements for office meetings
  • Responsible for ensuring high-quality customer-service, safety, security, and health standards
  • Assisting with team financial obligations including preparing an annual office budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
  • Responsible for ordering supplies for the office, keeping office and kitchen stocked and clean
  • Identifies current and future operations service requirements by establishing rapport with employees
  • Compiles employee expenses and manages reimbursements
  • Answering phone, routing calls, and taking messages as needed
  • Manages the reception area to ensure effective phone, mail, and visitor communications both internally and externally to maintain high quality of professionalism
  • Supervises and coordinates overall administrative activities in relation to Office Administration.
  • Supervises the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment, as well as layout, arrangement, and housekeeping of office facilities.
  • Negotiates the purchase of office supplies and furniture, office equipment, etc., for the entire staff in accordance with company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions
  • Supervises the maintenance of office equipment, including copier, fax machine, etc.
  • Responsible for the facilities day-to-day operations (such as distributing building access keys and back-up to security access cards, etc.)
  • Participates as needed in special projects
  • Periodic travel to the production site in Keenesburg, CO
  • Follows company safety and security procedures and determines appropriate action. Reports potentially unsafe conditions and uses materials and equipment properly.
  • Complete other duties and responsibilities as reasonably assigned by management

Required Education & Experience

Position Title: Commercial Analyst

Reports to: Commercial Manager

Location: Denver, CO

Department: Commercial Salary: $55,000/year – $90,000/year, commensurate with experience

Position Summary:

You will be responsible for the day-to-day analyst functions inclusive of gas scheduling, commercial support, and asset optimization. Ensuring commercial contractual deadlines and notifications are met, and the accuracy of contractual settlements. This person will play a key role in the ongoing origination, execution, optimization of the company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitors daily pipeline imbalances, tracks, and interprets pipeline curtailments and operational issues
  • Manages daily production reporting, and NGL forecasting
  • Collaborates with Marketing, Operations, to route gas to maximize daily throughput of the asset
  • Maintains first of the month nominations for gas volumes and NGLs
  • Develop, expand, and maintain good working relations with customers and downstream companies
  • Works with Accounting on monthly revenue estimates
  • Supports Accounting on the monthly close out process, and reviews monthly customer statements for accuracy and address any issues
  • Work with Engineering and Operations to inform customers of scheduled maintenance
  • Evaluate economic merits of commercial projects, and plant optimization
  • Support commercial team in the development, management and referencing of Cureton Midstream contracts
  • Ensure agreements are maintained for upcoming contractual deadlines, and notifications
  • Help manage Cureton’s commercial information through weekly reports to monitor leasing and permitting activities

Job Summary

The midstream and facilities group provides a day-to-day technical support for operating oil and gas facilities and natural gas plants, performs front-end engineering design and coordination of design, and supervision of construction. The role of the candidate is to provide engineering solutions directed towards optimizing the plant operations performance, reliability, and profitability, as well as recommending and executing capital projects. The candidate will also have some responsibility for design, construction, and optimization of the gathering and compression system to support Cureton’s customers drilling program as well as scope new build projects. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with a demonstrated track record of superior project engineering and organizational skills.

Essential job functions and responsibilities include the following:

  • Ensures that projects are designed and constructed in accordance with the company’s engineering guidelines and specifications, industry codes and standards, and regulatory agency requirements to meet necessary functionality and performance requirements
  • Closely monitor operational and financial performance of Company gas plants, compression, pipelines and other facilities and where possible identify and implement projects to improve performance
  • Work closely with the construction team to design and construct gathering/compression to support the drilling development programs
  • Assist with the contracting and procurement process by which the Company engages contractors to design and construct facilities and infrastructure projects
  • Arrange and manage effective and adequate supervision of all stages of the permitting, design, construction and commissioning of facilities and infrastructure projects within the Company •Support the regulatory team during land use and government hearings
  • Ensure full and effective implementation of Company HSE policy by Company’s own staff and by all contractors engaged in facilities and infrastructure design and construction work
  • Work closely with the Cureton EH&S staff to ensure compliance with all regulations and permits and assist with technical input to permit submittals and compliance with regulatory
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA 1910 Process Safety Management regulations in all covered Cureton facilities
  • Provide a detailed design and construction schedule for each project that will ensure each project is completed on time and on budget
  • Plan and implement project budgets•Communicate with Operations Department, Commercial Department, Regulatory Department andAccounting Department as required to coordinate facilities projects with other appropriate company staff
  • * Troubleshoots operational issues by working with all levels of personnel including operators, mechanics, supervisors, managers, etc. and devising new and innovative approaches to solve problems
  • Prepares appropriate documentation (such as Authorization for Expenditure documentation, cost estimates, and construction turnover packages) for assigned projects
  • 10% travel to Cureton sites

Cureton Midstream is currently seeking an I&E Technician to support our field operation in northeast Colorado.

Position Title: I&E Technician

Reports to: Field Supervisor

Location:  Keenesburg, CO

Department: Operations

Hourly Rate Range (depending on experience): $38-$50/hour.

Essential job functions and responsibilities include the following:

As an I&E Technician, the main responsibility to repair and install instrumentation and electrical equipment which may include but is not limited to:

  • Take the lead role in completion of day-to-day operations, routine and scheduled maintenance tasks and appropriate reports.
  • Lead efforts to develop and implement changes to improve operational efficiency and safety.
  • Install, analyze, and repair security/intrusion systems.
  • Responsible for all activities related to electrical and control integrity including design, installation, inspection, maintenance, operation, troubleshooting, repair, calibration and adjust various pneumatic, hydraulic, electric, electronic and Programmable Logic (PLC) control systems.
  • Maintains Calibration sheets for all instruments including Flame and LEL detectors.
  • Fault-finding and repair of instrumentation/electronic systems and equipment
  • Modifies, repairs or replaces systems and equipment
  • Participates in required Safety training.
  • Interprets technical drawings: P&ID, One Lines, Panel layouts, and cable schedule
  • Repair and maintenance of a variety of instrumentation and control equipment
  • Maintain facility instrumentation and controls to achieve maximum efficiency and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and repair motor control centers, electrical distribution systems, motors, and other electrical equipment up to 480VAC.
  • Maintain facility chromatographs and analytical equipment.
  • Oversees and supervises any I&E work performed by third party contractors.
  • Assist with planning and executing plant turnarounds including start up and shutdown procedures, equipment isolation, and scheduling.
  • Adheres to company safety policies and participate in company safety meetings.
  • Assists in measurement, maintenance, or operations as needed.
  • Participate in HAZOPs and give input on I&E portion of any new projects.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is a requirement.

Skills / Qualifications

  • Must have 3 years of working knowledge of natural gas measurement practices and equipment.
  • Basic knowledge of instrument controls and control valves.
  • Must have good mathematical skills.
  • Must be very detail oriented.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Knowledgeable with Lock out/Tag out Procedures.
  • NFPA 70E Arc Flash Training.
  • Familiar with Testing equipment: 475 Field communicator, Fluke 789 Process meter, Amp Clamp, Cal Gas
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license to include a safe driving record satisfactory to the company.
  • Interpersonal communication skills are required in order to interface with all affected teams, personnel, and vendors.
  • Strong work ethic with demonstrated ability to effectively work with minimum supervision.
  • Solid computer skills to include Microsoft Office Software
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, with the ability to respond to call outs as needed to fulfill business objective and the ability to work shifts for plant or field conditions.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull at least a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in changing climate conditions.
  • Able to work in close quarters: i.e., work while kneeling, squatting, sitting, climbing, and standing.
  • Follow and adhere to all applicable Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines (ex: eye protection, hearing protection, footwear, FR clothing).

Subject to applicable laws and Cureton Midstream’s policies, regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of the position. All employees must follow Cureton Midstream’s employment practices and policies. For the field, it is an essential requirement to reside within a 45-minute radius of the work site. The field operations are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  The field employee will be assigned a work schedule to accommodate the operations and the needs of the business, including on-call shifts and a rotating schedule.
